The company was founded as two seperate companys, Modern Technologies and Nitsua Enterprises. In 2002 the three cheif architects formed an alliance. For over ten years Modern Technologies technicians or staff have provided consulting for companies such as Wal-mart, Walgreens, America Online, Coldwell Banker, and more. In 1997 Nitsua Enterprises foresaw the expanding potential of the Internet. At that time, the company rapidly acquired the skills and knowledge to deliver application solutions for use via web browsers.

Today Modern One Technologies, LLC is staffed by experts with the leading technologies and are extremely knowledgeable regarding emerging Internet standards, including the Web Services architecture. Technical expertise includes Java Application Servers (IBM WebSphere, JBoss, BEA WebLogic, Allaire JRun, Apache Tomcat) along with PERL, PHP, ASP, and ColdFusion for web applications, Veloctiy for Portal development, DB2 and MySQL for database management and collaborative processes, and Macromedia and Adobe products for web page authoring.
